Préparations
Before coming to Casa Chaikoni for a retreat, we recommend a preparatory diet of at least one week. This diet consists of reducing or eliminating certain foods, as well as abstaining from drugs and sex.
We leave it up to each client to decide how long they wish to prepare.
Here are our recommendations
- Avoid red meat and pork
- Reduce salt and sugar
- Reduce cooking or seasoning oil
- Avoid hot peppers
- Avoid cheese and all dairy products
- Avoid sexual intercourse
- abstain from all types of drugs (marijuana, cocaine, heroin, lsd, etc.)
This is a basic safety requirement that must be respected in order to guarantee the effectiveness of the treatment. Certain energies can block the energy of the plants and healing depends on following the dietary instructions. In case of dependence, please contact us.
- If you are taking any medication or herbal treatment during this diet, please let us know.
What's allowed
- All types of fruit and vegetables
- Fish, chicken, duck
- Vegetable drinks, lacto-fermented drinks
- aromatic herbs
- All types of nuts and dried fruit
- Tea, coffee, herbal infusions
- All types of grains and legumes
During your preparatory diet, begin to focus deeply on your inner energy, your body's needs and your intentions. Listen to your body, eat and behave as you feel is appropriate and necessary so that you arrive in a calm and prepared state of mind.
Some people are comfortable with a week preparation, others a month. The important thing is to follow these instructions with desire, confidence and trust in plant medicine, which will see your efforts as preparation for your recovery.
