Booking formalities

To register for a stay at Casa Chaikoni, you must first contact us by email at casachaikoni@gmail.com.

A questionnaire will be sent to you in order to know more about your state of health, so that there is no risk of interaction with the medical treatment that the healer Isabel Pinedo Rengifo will give you.

Once we have taken note of your questionnaire and validated your visit, you will be able to make a reservation according to the dates that suit you and the availability of the centre. 

 

The final confirmation of your stay will be made once we have received your deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay, to be paid by PayPal or bank transfer.

The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer at least 10 days before your arrival at the centre. 

 

 

Please note

We know that planning a trip to the Amazon is not easy, so we have decided to make it as easy as possible for you, from your arrival at the airport to your departure.

The price includes being met by a member of our team from the moment you leave the plane or your hotel in town until the day of your departure, when we drop you off at the airport.

Saturday and Sunday are the best days to come to the centre.

All treatments and plants, food, accommodation and ayahuasca ceremonies are included.

Handicrafts and additional treatments such as Wachuma, Bufo and Kambo are not included.

 

The price of a treatment is

- 150 dollars per night for a stay of 5 to 15 nights

- 130 dollars per night for a stay of 16 to 30 nights

- 3500 dollars for 1 month

- For more than 1 month, prices on request.

 

 

 

Agreement with the guest:

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as well as the Medical Precautions and Preparation tabs.

By coming to Casa Chaikoni, all guest agree to the following policies, guidelines and waivers:

-Payment: Once the booking has been confirmed, the guest agrees to pay a 30% deposit within 10 days via PayPal or bank transfer to confirm the booking.

The guest agrees to pay the remaining 70% 10 days prior to arrival at the centre by PayPal or bank transfer (details available on request).

 

-Guests understand that once payment has been made within 10 days of the start of the stay and during processing, no returns or refunds are possible for any reason. Deposits may be applied to a subsequent visit within one year of the original booking in the event of cancellation.

-Guests voluntarily undertake a herbal treatment with healer Isabel Pinedo Rengifo, which may include the use of Ayahuasca.

 

-It is important that the commitment to complete the treatment is honoured and that the treatment is not interrupted. Healing results can only be guaranteed if the patient completes the treatment and follows the diet as instructed by the healer Isabel Pinedo Rengifo.

 

-Guests understand that ayahuasca is legal in Peru and may not be legal in their country of origin.

 

-The guest undertakes to inform Isabel of any additional treatments during their stay at Casa Chaikoni and to discontinue them (in agreement with Isabel) and to follow as closely as possible the protocol recommended by the healer Isabel Pinedo Rengifo. This is essential for the success of the healing and must be respected.

-The guest understands that Casa Chaikoni makes no claims or guarantees of healing, and the guest releases Casa Chaikoni from any liability (legal or otherwise) for any adverse effects the guest may suffer.

-The guest agrees to fully disclose any addictions, psychiatric diagnoses, communicable diseases, special needs and other relevant medical history. Please disclose all information on the health form and repeat this on arrival.
 

-All personal information provided by the guest to Casa Chaikoni will remain strictly confidential and will only be shared with relevant Casa Chaikoni staff.

-The guest agrees to honour and respect all Shipibo traditions established at Casa Chaikoni and to refrain from attempting to alter or denigrate these traditions when communicating with other guests.
-The guest agrees to arrive as a patient and a student. We are not coming to Casa Chaikoni for that purpose: Instruct the healer Isabel Pinedo Rengifo and the team, "heal" or "save" other passengers, or in any way interfere with her process, or disrupt the centre in any way. 
The staff of Casa Chaikoni will strictly follow the instructions of the Healer Isabel Pinedo Rengifo. The guest undertakes to follow the instructions given by the staff of Casa Chaikoni as they come from  Healer Isabel Pinedo Rengifo.
